What our applicants ask.

  • How much additional income can I earn as a Percol partner?
    As a Percol partner you receive 20 % for the first ten companies you win and 30 % from the eleventh company onwards of the recurring net revenue collected by Percol from the commissionable base fees. On top of that, you can continue to bill your own services such as setup, training, consulting, support and maintenance entirely yourself. The commission generally continues for the full subscription term, including after the contract ends where support is continued or handed over as agreed and a non-solicitation clause is observed, while, among other things, AI top-ups, AI add-ons, usage fees, true-ups, one-time fees and third-party services are not commissionable.
  • How long do I benefit from my customers on Percol?
    You benefit for as long as your customer is a customer of ours and you meet all the conditions. The conditions include, for example, that you implement or have implemented workflows for customers and that you continuously provide first-level support, which is usually covered in full by fulfilling your maintenance contracts with your customers.
  • Why do companies need a sovereign solution at all?
    To be truly certain that the data never leaves European jurisdiction. To become more independent of tools from non-European third countries. To fully bypass the US CLOUD Act (a law of the US government). Some companies need Percol because they have very high security requirements for data protection, others simply to become more independent or to support European solutions.
  • How does customer assignment work?
    You register every customer before booking the Percol platform via our Self Checkout through our process. The customer concludes the contract via the platform exclusively with Percol. As a service provider, you receive access from the customer to the platform with the permissions you have jointly defined.
  • How do I become a Percol partner?
    First send us the completed application form. Our team will get in touch with you and together we'll see whether we're a good fit. Then you'll receive our partner agreement and you're good to go.
